The simple, friendly license agreement:

Permission is hereby granted for the inclusion of the PICT Control CDEF and any of the PICTs contained in the PICT Control Demo application in any product free of charge provided that the following statement is clearly displayed in the product’s About Box:

“PICT Control CDEF provided by Chris Johnson, ©1988”

In situations where this may be difficult (in INITs for example) please contact Chris Johnson (who understands) and we’ll work something out.

Neither the PICT Control CDEF nor the PICT Control Demo application may be distributed in a modified form without the prior written permission of the author.

That’s the license agreement.  Think of this software as “Creditware” – just give me credit for my work and I’m satisfied.
